Your information stays private.

Adam coordinates this independent Rising Phoenix Legacy effort. The newsletter shares preservation progress, community memories, and ways to help.

What we keep

We keep your email, optional name, signup date, subscription preference, and the wording you agreed to. For existing correspondents, we keep a brief private note explaining their interest. Interest and an explicit newsletter signup are recorded separately.

How it is used

Your contact information is used for this effort. It is not displayed on the website, sold, or shared as a public contact list. Email delivery providers may process it when an update is sent. Public discussion posts and photograph captions are separate from the private newsletter list.

Protection and choice

Contact details are encrypted before being saved. Only the organizer’s authorized account can view or export the list. We temporarily keep a coded network identifier to reduce automated abuse; signup requests clear those records after 24 hours.

Each update includes an unsubscribe link. It does not require an account. Unsubscribed addresses remain on a suppression list so they are not accidentally added again. To rejoin or request deletion of your contact details, contact Adam at 240-422-9249.

There are no email-open tracking pixels or advertising trackers in the newsletter. A browser preference remembers whether you dismissed the signup invitation.
